Standard Return Policy
We believe you will be thrilled with the products you purchase from CaDDi AI. In the unlikely event a product is not what you expected, you can return or exchange it with a receipt within 14 days of the date you receive the product from us. The product must be in its original condition with all of its included parts, accessories, and packaging and we'll exchange it or offer a refund based on the original payment method.
In addition, please note:
- Products can be returned only in the country where purchased.
- For returns for cash or cash equivalent over $750, we will mail a refund check to you within 10 business days.
- For returns with a gift receipt, we will offer you a store credit or gift card.
- Returned products may require inspection. If approved, a refund or exchange will be issued within 10 business days.
- To return ten or more of the same product, please contact our customer service team.
How to Return a Product
To return a product purchased from our website, please contact our customer service team at info@caddiai.com within 14 days of receiving your order. Include your order number and reason for return in your email.
Once your return is approved, we will provide you with a return shipping label and instructions. You are responsible for securely packaging the item and ensuring it arrives at our facility in its original condition.
Refund Processing
Refunds will be processed to the original payment method used for the purchase. Please allow 3-5 business days for the refund to appear in your account after we receive and inspect the returned item.
Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error (e.g., wrong item shipped, defective product).
Pricing and Price Corrections
CaDDi AI reserves the right to change prices for products at any time, and to correct inadvertent pricing errors. If you were charged more than the posted price, please contact us about a refund of the overcharge.
Should we reduce the price on any product within 14 calendar days from the date you receive your product, contact our customer service team within 14 days of the price change to request a refund or credit of the difference in price. This excludes limited-time price reductions and special sales events.
Order Acceptance and Confirmation
CaDDi AI may refuse or cancel any order or limit order quantity. We may also require additional qualifying information prior to processing any order. Once we receive your online order, we'll provide you with an email order confirmation.
Your receipt of an order confirmation does not signify acceptance of your order or constitute confirmation of our offer to sell; we are simply confirming that we received your order. CaDDi AI reserves the right to accept or decline your order at any time for any reason. If we cancel an order after payment, we will refund it.
Shipping and Delivery
Please review our shipping information to learn about how and when you will receive the products you purchased. Since delivery of your order can be impacted by events beyond our control once it leaves our facilities, we cannot be held liable for late deliveries. We will, however, work with you to ensure a smooth delivery.
The risk of loss of, or damage to, products shall pass to you when you, or a person designated by you, acquires physical possession of the products. If there are any issues with delivery, please contact us to resolve.
Product Availability and Limitations
Given the handcrafted nature of our products and potential supply constraints, we may have to limit the number available for purchase and reserve the right to change the number at any time, even after you place an order. In the event we cannot supply a product you ordered, we will cancel the order and refund your purchase price.
Consumers Only
Our store sells and ships products to end-user customers only, and we reserve the right to refuse or cancel your order if we suspect you are purchasing products for resale.
Warranty and Product Support
Our products come with a standard warranty against defects in materials and workmanship. For warranty claims, please contact our customer service team. The warranty does not cover damage caused by misuse, accidents, or normal wear and tear.
